I have been getting Actupuncture for 20 years in various states and countries. I am a Mayo patient for 25 years and found out they were offering Actupuncture thru the breast clinic. I was one of the first to sign up. After my first visit, I felt wonderful. The hot flashes, back pain, neck pain, constipation, sleepless nights improved 90%. It was such a remarkable improvement, I was afraid to tell anyone. Most of my friends would be so skeptical. My second appointment was yesterday. I was so excited to go to the second appointment to see if I had the same results. I was sick with a terrible cold, congestion, headache, ear ringing, trouble breathing. Mr. Mihaly ask if I had been having trouble with my lungs? He felt I was dehydrated and had slow pulses. He spent 1 1/2 hrs with me. I meet my husband ( who is sick also in lobby). He was coughing, congested and the same as me before the appointment. He could not believe that I was normal. No cough, runny nose, wheezing. My hot flashes were gone again and no headache, back felt terrific. The last set of needles were placed in my hand for energy. I smiled when told that should help me. I felt like I had been hit by a truck for the past week. The morning at 3:00 am, never having closed my eyes and cleaning the bathrooms, closets, and cleaning everything in sight, I smiled and ask myself," is this the energy?"
