I was treated by him for about 6 months after an accident. Last day of my treatment he let all of the office assistants leave for the day while I was in his office signing the release paper work for insurance. I did not know I was being left alone with him. He came on to me and pinned me down while I was sitting in the chair and aggressively forced a kiss on me. I was literally scared for my life. He is a very physically fit, muscularly built man. He then opened a mini fridge in his office and offered me a beer. I declined, stating I don't like beer. He then reached under his desk and pulled out a bottle of tequila, offering me a shot. I again refused and acted like my son was calling on my cell. I picked up my phone and walked out of his office. I told him my son and husband were waiting for me and at that point he unlocked the front door to the business and let me out. I was literally locked in. This happened in 2009. Women BEWARE!!!
