Awful, horrid, incredibly rude customer service. First time assisting someone in doing a UA and the front desk woman/supervisor rolled her eyes at me and was very condescending when I asked for instructions and gloves. When I called back to file a complaint they refused to let me speak to the owner or schedule an appointment with the owner Georgia Carmin. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Do not give these people your business. Drive to Cheyenne or Colorado if necessary.
