The entire staff is unpleasant which is why their employee turnover rate isnt a good. The clerical department is constantly in the laboratorys business causing conflict. The communication between supervisors and employees is unprofessional. I would have loved working there had the company had someone different in charge. Its almost as if the manager doesnt want you to enjoy coming to work. If she would catch you working but also having conversation and smiling she would find a way to make you feek as though you were doing something wrong. Its a shame really because the doctors are very nice but they let their employees walk all over them especially the ones they put in charge, if only they knew that she is the reason people quit. I was promised a future with the company, promised to be put through school and become certified only to have my dreams crushed because they believed some things that a short term employee said of me who worked tbere for years. Very dissapointing to say the least. Oh well their loss!
