Then she came for HIM and there was no one left to speak out for HIM. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA... He got what he deserved! The moral of the story: Keep your friend close and get rid of your enemy's as soon as possible... and maybe you won't lose your job and over a million dollars because you're stupid!

In only a few short years Robert Little's mistress has accomplished what the owners couldn't do in decades... bring the WCP Lab to it's knees! Bad decisions, poor work ethic, lost specimens, lying to the C.A.P. Inspectors, employee disgruntlement, and now law suits loom over the head of the owners, all because they trusted Little and his "Little" girl friend! Now doctor's offices, clinics, and hospitals head for the hills when they hear the name WCP Laboratories. Oh well, like Robert always said, "Tough Tata's said the kitty"!

On a recent tour of this facility, I observed a serious breach in patient care and information integrity, not to mention "normal" medical laboratory protocol. I watched as a young woman sat at her workstation and texted on her cell phone as she entered patient information into the company's database. She switched back and forth between her phone and the company's computer several times in the short period of time that observed her. It was apparent by the lackadaisical attitude of the offending employee, that this was not the first time that this twenty-something female had indulged in this or similar behavior, putting the patients as well as the facility at risk. As the Executive Director of this laboratory, accompanied by the Manager of Laboratory Operations, conducted the tour, I was shocked to see them both witness this flagrant violation of standards of conduct and do nothing. They both acted as if this were standard operating procedure. It is logical to think that those in charge would wait until after the tour had ended and all of the visiting entities had departed, and then reprimand the problem employee in an appropriate manner, and in private. However, on a follow up visit to this medical facility a few weeks later, myself, along with several of my colleagues observed the same employee still indulging in the same careless and unprofessional practice of texting on her phone as she entered patient information into the system, just as on my prior visit. If this company and their officers take such a nonchalant view of patient care, I feel that there are serious problems within the management and ownership of this company. I have severed all ties with this reference laboratory, and highly recommend that anyone dealing with WCP, whether they are a patient, a doctor, or a medical care facility do the same.
