There was one person working. We had to plan our "walk-in" visit around her lunch hour. I was concerned immediately when she did not 1. Ever leave her desk 2. Give any instructions to ensure the sample wasn't tampered with (ex: don't flush, don't run water, etc). The restroom was down the hall from the office. I shouldn't have been surprised when the result was read "positive", which is wrong. As a result, my spouse lost a job that he had just begun. This facility isn't certified - I checked.

I appreciate and value what Sequential Management Group provided for us. Especially being based out of Georgia. We called Sequential because they were referred by our safety specialist.
