Longstreet Clinic has the WORST customer service in the entire world. In order to leave a quick message for ANYONE, I have to listen to several prompts, then I'm placed "in line", then I get a voicemail and the recipient isn't always the right person to handle my issue. It shouldn't take me 35 minutes, a lot of stress and grief, to leave a 10 second message. I only want to fax or email a referral and it shouldn't take an act of Congress to do so. Since you're in the business of healing, one would think that a doctor's office would want to lower your blood pressure instead of raising it. Dr. Jaume is an awesome doctor, but leaving a message for him, one of his nurses or assistants is a nightmare. Your office should consider posting a fax number or email address for those who would like to simply send something to their doctor without having to leap through hoops and swallow fire!
