Had surgery with them in 2019. Great Doctor, lazy, unorganized, rude staff. Recently had a referral sent in December 2022. Office made an appointment for me without consulting me. Turns out I had to cancel the appointment due to a conflict with surgery on the westside. Asked for a call back to reschedule and never received a call. In March called to reschedule, was told “we don’t usually do that if you’ve cancelled” but an appointment was made. Asked to have paperwork sent out and again I was told “ we don’t usually do that” again, the paperwork was sent. This morning I phoned to confirm my appointment. When telling the woman on the phone that I was calling to confirm she cut me off and with a raised voice asked for my DOB. I told her and she continued to confirm the appointment. She then asked where my paperwork was. I told her I had it and she said it had to be in by tomorrow. I responded that I didn’t realize the paperwork had to be in a week before the appointment. She yelled “it’s stated on the cover letter!” I said ok, well I didn’t see it. Then she screams “THAT’S ON YOU!” I canceled my appointment right then and there and obviously will not be doing any business with them in the future.
