Whit Banks owes my tree business $576.80. It has been over 5 months since services were rendered. I have sent multiple invoices, and left several voice mails for both he and his wife, Phyllis Banks. On one occasion Mrs.Banks lied during a phone conversation and told me that payment would be sent. It was never sent. Just yesterday, 8/12/16, I called Whit Banks' phone and he answered. Then he pretended to be an answering service. When I called his on his lie and misrepresentation(pretending to be someone else) he hung up the phone. Whit and Phillis Banks have not paid two other contractors in my area. Unfortunately, I was made aware of this only after discussing my experience with them to others. Whit and Phillis Banks are not honorable people. They hire contractors and don't pay their bills. Beware of these con-artists

Whit Banks owes me $330 for services provided to him and refuses to pay. I don't know him professionally but not a good person as far as I know him. Would not recommend to see him.
