Most of the Office employees are very coarse and uncaring individuals. Make you feel unimportant, although your illness is helping them to receive personal pay. The Nampa LAB for Blood Draws was the worst experience ever. 1st person was new and afraid to draw because she failed the first and 2nd times and asked a Nurse/M.A. to do it she was in such a hurry she actually stabbed the arm so hard and with great force that made it hurt for weeks and was so swollen and lumped. The Doctors are very good and so much nicer when you finally get back to see them. They depend on their Staff to do what is right yet doesn't appear they have had a lick of training in dealing with ill people and are more concerned with everything but the Patient. This hurts the DR' business and forces Patients to find a better facility where they are treated kindly.
