Dr Berg has been a real pleasure during all of my past exams. He is personable and knowledgeable. Every new set of glasses work great, and improve my ability to see clearly, whether far or near. His staff have likewise proven to be courteous and well informed in their work. I did have one visit with a lady Dr., whose name escapes me at the moment, but she also performed in an excellent manner. If anyone says they have had a difficult or bad experience, in my opinion, they most likely did not inform the doctors of what they were concerned over. I have noted that none of the staff of the Eye Center have ESP, nor are they mind readers...they just perform excellent service and work.

THIS REVIEW REFERS TO THE VISION EYE CENTER IN THE WASILLA, ALASKA WALMART. GREETERS ARE COURTEOUS AND CONSIDERATE. IT'S THE BACK ROOM THAT DROPS OFF EXPOENTIALLY. TWO PHYSICIANS A MS. HUSHER AND KEVIN BERG WHOM I DID NOT KNOW MAY OF HAD A BAD DAY, BUT WHAT I EXPERIENCED WAS NOTHING SHORT OF UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. I HAD AN EXAM WITH MS. HUSHER AND SHE IGNORED MY REQUEST FOR AN EYE CONCERN, EXHIBITED HOSTILITY AND PRESCRIBED GLASSES THAT WERE OUT OF FOCUS. I HAD A RESET WITH KEVIN BERG WHO LIKEWISE WAS INAPPROPRIATE IN THE EXAM ROOM FOCUSING ON HIS PERSONAL ISSUES AND CONCERNS HE WAS HAVING WITH HIS STAFF AND ALSO AVOIDED MY EYE CONCERN UNTIL THE EXAM WAS OVER WHEN HE EXPLAINED "I DO NOT ADDRESS GLAUCOMA". HE PRESCRIBED A DIFFERENT SET OF GLASSES THAT ALSO FAILED. I ORDERED COMPUTER GLASSES AND ENDED UP WITH READING GLASSES THAT WERE OUT OF FOCUS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE VISION EYE CENTER NOR DR. HUSHER OR BERG FOR FOR THE REASONS LISTED ABOVE.
