Personnel were courteous & helpful. When they learned my insurance would only cover exam, they gave me a "package deal" on the lenses and frames, which amounted to a 64% discount! The selection was good, not excellent... but I was able to find a frame that I liked. The doc was very nice and answered all my questions. BTW, carpet has been replaced since my last visit (for the person who had that complaint). Haven't received my glasses yet, but when I was there in 2011, I had no problem, so expect none this time. The other review on this site about a wrong prescription... Is that for another business... ? Davis... ? KS

I was billed $288.00 for glasses WITH insurance, I heard a man speaking w a rep over his glasses that he could not wear and she argued with him that it WAS his proper RX though now I doubt it, outlandish, I had a RX through a local doctor, when the glasses arrived they were not my prescription, I returned them and still have not heard a thing other than they indeed were not my prescription 6 weeks later. I tried to call for my money back but all I get is a busy signal.
