I have been seeing this Eye Dr for 12 years now. I went back to them to get my glasses and when I put them on I told them they felt weird. once I left the office I noticed the edge was broken and the lines keep falling out. I called them the next day and they said they are not responsible for the frames. I got the frames from them. they wanted me to buy some new frames instead of fixing the ones they broke. I paid all most $400.00 for glasses I cant use and they will not fix.
