I just called your office to try to set up a new patient appointment. Your receptionist was not cordial at all and somewhat rude in her tone of voice. I mentioned to her that someone had hung up me on my first call, and instead of apologizing she decided to argue with me and try to justify it. I mentioned to her that I did not like her tone voice and that I would write an email to you to let you know,and she hung up. For having such high ratings I'm not sure if you want people like her representing your business. This incident happened on 05/30/2014 at approx 15:10 hrs Thank you and I hope you give this incident some sincere thought
