Insisted on doing Whole Body approach. Had twisted swollen ankle/foot, yet her focus was to teach me how to use a pillow. When I refused, she shove the pillow under my head, and DEMANDED I try it, hurting my neck and upper back. Then she ask questions, answered her own questions without my input, made LOTs of assumptions. Even gave me Home KNEE Exercise sheets. She even tried to change my Medical History Diagnosis, because did not know what they were. Then she open my person bag, without asking me, took out my dirt house slipper and rub the dirty sole on the dry skin of my swollen injured foot!! Told my Foot Doctor, fired her services, and found a PT willing to follow Doctor Orders
