Went to Jean Sublette. My surgeon said I am way behind on movement of my wrist. The therapist does nothing but measure my range. I went to another one at a different place a week ago, They gave me excersizes and my range has improved hugely in just this short amount of time. My doctor told her what protocal to follow. She should have known I was to be doing more . Terrible! I will pay for out of network and have my wrist back.
