My Dad has been seeing Dr Cavazos for quite some time. But every appointment my Dad has been given we have to wait (no quitting) between 1-2 hours, there has been a few time up to 3 hours. And I pretty sure there other patients with the same problem. It seems that this Dr offiice over book patients or they don't care how long the patients are waiting in the lobby ,whether ,they are in pain, if they diabetec, waiting for rides ,and/ or if the patients might have other Dr. Appointment That Are On Time elsewhere. My Dad was seen a couple of time before and Was Not Given A follow up appointments and the office staff called that he had missed his appointment and he was going to be charged a $35.00 fee for missing the appontment. What type of practice is this and how they try to take advantage of the elderly.

I was scheduled for an appointment at the edinburg office and waited for about 2 hrs. They were few others that also had same time as me which I presumed that if it's by appointment you don't give everyone the same time. Then while waiting 2 more patients walk in and were told that they don't have appointment and couldn't be seen even though they had been called from the mcallen office to remind them of the appointment. I was disappointed cause I really needed to see a podiatrist because I'm in pain but I have never seen such a disorganized office with no management. I'm sorry to say but I actually cancelled my appointment for what I saw and left the office.
