- Treatment not FDA approved, worsened my toe nails and horrible customer service - - Anonymous user - 1/30/2014 - comment
This doctor's team does not have any clue on customer service. The reason I am now choosing to write a review so other people may read this before deciding if they really want to visit this doctor for a solution. We get threatening letters from them to pay our co-payments which are now 'past due' when they were paid at time of visit. When we acknowledge this issue, we have record of our credit card statements that the co-pays were obviously paid. Then couple months later, we get letter again. Secondly, the foot care solution we received for my toe nail fungus worsened over period of time in 6 months. Realizing this 'home-made' solution is not even FDA approved, we stopped visiting this doctor. While she is nice when you visit her, I don't think the solution worked for my symptom. I am leaving one star because our billing and customer service team is absolutely horrid. Please do not hire hood-rats to run a business. I suggest you review all your options before deciding to visit this place for your foot problems. Best regards,
