NON-COMPLAINCE THE DISTRICT COURTS LAWFUL ORDER. a. failed to complete forensic report within (60 days)reiceving service of the order. b. the evaluation to conducted by Dr. Susan Cave. dr cave not present for the evaluation itself however I was informed by a team member dr. cave does the testomney in the evaluation hearings in the district courts. 2. NMAC PROHIBITS A PSYCHOLGIST TO TESTFIE UNLESS THEY HAVE PERSONALALLY EVAUALTE THE EAVALUEE THEMSELFS. 3. A VILAOTION OF THE CONFERTATION CLAUSE 4.VIOLATION OF BULLCOMING VS.NEW MEXICO (NM CASELAW) 5. APA CODE CONDUCT VIOLATION. THESES ARE DONE IN COMMENT PROCEDINGS IN DISTRICTS COURTS IN NEW MEXICO FOR COMPENTCY TO STAND TRIAL.
