Before choosing Lee Hockman as your CFI/PRE, you should understand his view of the therapist / client relationship. It goes something like this: You = Rube with a wallet and cash, which will soon be his. Your child / children = Pieces of meat that can be bought or sold. Lee Hockman = The benefactor from the sale of your child / children after Les Katz and Drew get their cut. Katz & Loizeaux have a general idea of what they will extort from you in exchange for your child’s life. Lee Hockman has no concern as to whether custody and decision making goes to a pedophile, abuser or molester. It really doesn’t matter to him. When he sees your child, he just envisions a new Subaru in his driveway, after Drew and Les get sub-zero appliances for their kitchen. That is how your child is seen by these ‘professionals’. Cost for family of children = $50K 1 – 2 Children = $15K - $30K ‘Evaluation’ fees = $10K - $30K Hopefully, this ‘therapist’ will soon be caught and prosecuted along with his playmates over at Katz & Loizeaux. They have been running this scam for years to the detriment of Colorado families in conflict. It is amazing that these people are still in business and not incarcerated or convicted felons. Therapists who perform CFI’s and PRE’s in the state of Colorado are charged with executing orders of the court. To accept a bribe, provide a bribe, extort a client or make inappropriate financial gain out of such an arrangement may constitute a Class IV felony in the state of Colorado. Conviction of a Class IV felony carries a penalty of 2 to 12 years per count. If you or your family has been harmed by the actions of Hockman, seek advice from your attorney.

Dr. Hockman serves as a therapist and provides parental reviews and family evaluations. He works (in part) for Katz & Loizeaux. You might be advised to speak with other parents who have used the services of Katz & Loizeaux in the past before choosing a therapist. The firm is firmly aligned with particular attorneys and law firms who represent clients in custody or divorce cases. The alignment of attorneys with Katz & Loizeaux and favors that may be offered during the course of your evaluation might be the determining factor in how your case is presented to the court by Dr. Hockman. I found Dr. Hockman to be biased, incompetent, unethical, smug and condescending in his report findings. He has caused irreparable harm to my children and our family. Upon peer review, Dr. Hockman’s report was found to be biased and faulty. If you have already chosen Dr. Hockman as a therapist, you might consider recording your conversations should there be any disagreement (in court) about what transpires during meetings with Dr. Hockman. There are many fine therapists specializing in family therapy working in Denver and Dr. Hockman is not amongst them.
