Dr Adelstein is not someone I will work with again, after just 2 sessions. In session, when I asked him not to do something, he got very offended and he said I was scolding him. Then throughout the rest of our session he could barely speak, he was so triggered. Long pauses of silence and he had a hostile tone when he did speak. He also dislikes working on zoom and wanted me to only use the telephone. I prefer to see the therapist when I talk, but it didn't matter what I preferred. He said phone only. Also, at the end of the 2nd session, he tried to pressure me to accept a day to meet again, even after I said that day was not free for me. He tried to make me take it anyway. Will NOT go back to this guy! He also made me call him DR Adelstein and not use his first name. Pretentious ass. OK bye Teddy.
