I have suffered with depression and sadness for years and Mrs.Becky Cheresnick was a a God send. I seen her in 2017 and I carry the all the things I learned from my sessions with me. I had a lot of trauma as a child and i was able to work through it with her. She is straight to the point which is what i needed and has a strong relationship with God which is what i was looking for in a therapist. Some people can not take the truth but hearing the truth and healing the source of my pain was what I needed. I will always be greatful for God putting her in my life.

I have never in my life dealt with a human being as grotesque and reprehensible as Becky Cheresnick. If I could give her zero stars, I would. She is an arrogant, cruel, unprofessional, condescending disgrace for a therapist. If you're feeling badly about yourself prior to visiting this woman, prepare to look for the nearest ledge to jump off of after you see her. I agree that some people need a good kick in the butt and will probably hear some things about themselves they might not enjoy hearing. But I DO NOT feel a person should be berated, humiliated and publically scorned in front of others. I realize all therapists have a different approach but Becky's is not an approach, it's abuse. She should have her license stripped from her immediately. When people come to you looking for help, cruelty is not what they're seeking. And at some point this despicable woman is going to upset the wrong person and cause what therapists should be trying to prevent, if she hasn't already. Shame on you.

I have been seeing Becky for several months going once a week. She has been extremely helpful to me with my personal situation. She always listens to what I have to say and truly cares about my welfare. In addition, Becky has given me sound advice in which I have been able to successfully put into action! I am grateful that she is my therapist. She is very professional and is extremely knowledgable in her field. I have been to other therapist and Becky is by far my favorite!

It's not what she says, but how she says it. Becky is negative, unprofessional, condescending and cold. Becky has a harsh approach and seems to stick to "textbook" knowledge when she attempts to help a patient. I never felt safe in her office. She is not inviting and is constantly looking for negatives things about her patients to discuss. You are reprimanded and scolded like a child in her office. She does a lot of the talking, therefore it can often be more of a lecturing. In my particular situation, Becky actually made things worse and more challenging. Ive seen someone else now, and I see how truly terrible she is at "helping" others. I would not recommend this therapist to anyone.
