I have recently had a large number of crowns made at North Jersey Dental Laboratory. I requested to visit the lab in order to communicate my feedback one-on-one and convey what I was looking for and the adjustments I needed done. I thought an in-person visit would allow better explanation and easier communications. To my surprise, Mr. Kemal Mamedov agreed. He listened, agreed when he thought I made sense and provided constructive feedback when he thought of an alternative approach based on his technical expertise. I visited more than once and he was always pleasant, open-minded and very focused on getting good results.
