Amazing ! All exams were fine in my hole my insurance fully covered never received a bill. White glove service very professional. Owner Derek was very professional and explained everything to me and their techs were so nice. 5 stars .

Needed a chest X-ray for employment I found out last minute, I called Nomadxray spoke to Derek who was great walked me through the process , they came out same day and got my results same day for my clearance ! Totally awesome service and people.

I get a call on a Saturday from the technician from this company that says she is on her way to my home. This is after I speak to Derek who tells me that I have to pay for the services before the services are performed. The call from the technician came from out of the blue as I was not expecting her because I had not yet paid for the services. This was supposed to be for blood clots that were supposedly in my legs. So she performed the services again totally caught me off guard because I was told that I had to pay for them before the service was going to be performed. The next thing I know I’m being billed however no results were received. I requested an invoice but only got a payment portal with no description of services. The next thing I know far beyond business hours get a threatening email. This email stated a warrant was being issued for theft. Theft of what I never received the results. I do not if I have clots in my leg or not. I feel as though this extortion. He proceed to send an email after 1am when in the previous email I requested that he communicate via regular business hour. I have since tried to call but the number 404-826-7929 several times and the number doesn’t ring. Although he stated in his email I called him for results. I never did. My doctor’s office request those results. Not me.
     Owner - 1/11/2023 - We spoke to you at length about our services and the orders from your doctor. We explained thoroughly that with your insurance that you had a high deductible. We offered you a deeply discounted price that is normally 5 times that amount. Documented - you agreed to schedule services for that generous price. We explained that payment was due day of service. Documented. You agreed. Documented. When you found out the results from your doctor who ordered your exam, you simply felt that since you received those results that you didn’t have to pay us. We contacted you politely multiple times- Documented- and you ignored us until we sent you a notice that you were in theft of services - documented under Georgia Law. You simply wanted free, we don’t do free, and the sad thing is we saved you from receiving hundreds if not thousands of dollars in bills if you went elsewhere. You took advantage of our kindness, and we will continue to pray for you.
     Director of Operations - 1/27/2023 - Incorrect. In over a decade of business we do not charge before exams until they are completed. And every sales transaction on our books in 12 years proves that as everything from the exam, the results, and the invoice is time coded. As previously stated your ordering doctor was given your results and when we contacted you for payment you avoided our calls and emails for weeks. You only responded when we informed you that we were coming a police report and had full documentation to do so. You unfortunately tried to take advantage of good people providing you a much needed service that you tried to meet your documented commitment to pay for services as all our calls are recorded for quality insurance as a Medicare company.

I take care of my Mom at home and after she slipped and fell we feared the worst. Rather than have to go to the hospital and pay for an ambulance this company came right to our home and my mom never had to leave her bed. It's such a cool service and their doctor had results to us in 2 hours I was amazed. I definitely recommend them and their tech was very clean cut and polite.
