- Billing department / Customer Service - - blood tester - 10/20/2014 - comment
I had to have my blood drawn -- provided insurance info and they did not update the info, yet told me my current insurance was in network -- they did not draw enough blood had to return five days later. Same thing -- did not draw enough blood, told me they were in network with my insurance company. Now, a bill arrives and they only want to take a payment plan -- they keep telling me they were in network until June 1 and then Aetna dropped them -- then they were back in with another network and that network dropped Aetna -- just a plain run-a-round with them -- BBB gives them a D- rating!!! They should have an F. What the billing person told me and then she transferred to me to a company supervisor -- turned out to be a medical surpervisor -- were totally different things -- even the two employees couldn't get their stories straight. Will never ever get blood drawn there again, also horrible conditions, and always end up with horrible bruises on the arms or hands from them trying to take the blood -- no excuses -- the other place in town doesn't do this! Save your headaches, do not use Interpath Laboratory for any reason --- perhaps this is one reason, they are not in the hospitals here in town!!!
