I called to to get some clarification on some paperwork that she sent us and Dr. Yeh was very rude. When I first called, the receptionist answered and let her know what I needed to know. She then put me on hold for about 5 minutes and someone answered and hanged up. Then I called back and Dr. Yeh answered and rudely asked what did I need, she told me to let her know fast because they were busy. I told her that I was was being helped by her receptionist and was waiting for her. She kept telling me to let her know what I needed because they were busy, so when I tried to explain she would cut me off and tell me that they are busy. I would have gladly called back another time but she never gave me the chance to talk. She then asked me to stop calling her office and not to rush her. This is the first time I have called her office and hope that I never have to call it again. I never write reviews and I totally understand that doctors are really busy but this is the rudest doctor I have ever spoken to.
